hey the family. on this new years day 2012 we are happy and joyful to bring you these AMAZING new offerings from fine glasgow artists Gropetown and Monoganon.

If you don't like one you might like the other, or the other way round, or you might like them both. If you don't like it at first, try listening to it more or in different situations.

So far this year Gropetown are planning a split tape and UK tour with Klaus Kinski this Spring. Following this they record their opus at Green Door Studios this September.

Monoganon are recording their next album this April before a UK and European tour this summer.

Phat Trophies go south!

At the end of the month/year(!) Phat Trophies will embark on their first (mini) tour. They will be playing with several really great bands over four different city's so come down and make the most of the time we have left..

Through the snow today we release the third album from Mr Peppermint - "Yogi".

Making the occasion even sweeter, we've also made the second Mr Peppermint album "Volume 2" available. Along with the first album "Loose Lips", you now have it all!

...completely unrelated, this Sunday 11th December we are delighted to be hosting Group Rhoda who will be bringing her glowing analogue electro to Mono in Glasgow. Listen here: Altered Zones post on Group Rhoda
